A: Simply add your favorite items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email right away.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@pischel.shop. Once it has been shipped, we can no longer make changes — but you can still request a return once you receive it.

A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All returns come with free shipping, no restocking fees, and no final sale items — everything is eligible.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Just email us at support@pischel.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a free prepaid return label and instructions.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
